These Terms govern your use of www.dnkmp.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with DNKMP ("DNKMP", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. The Site and your account

You may browse the Site without an account. To place an order, create a wishlist, or save addresses, you can register an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you make an offer to buy the products at the price and on the terms shown at checkout. We will send you an order confirmation by email. The order is only considered accepted by us when we send a separate dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example if the product is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

4. Pricing, currency, and taxes

All prices on the Site are shown in the currency selected at checkout (default United Arab Emirates Dirham, AED). Prices include applicable VAT for orders shipped within the UAE. International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival in your country, which are the customer's responsibility. We do our best to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct obvious errors.

5. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments and other approved providers. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping and returns

Our shipping times, costs, and return process are described in detail on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Product information

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, weave, and natural slubs are part of the character of linen, and small differences from the photos are normal and not a defect. Sizing is approximate within the tolerances stated on our Size guide.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, logos, designs, and software — is the property of DNKMP or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification, requires our prior written consent.

9. User conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or overload it.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Use any automated tool to scrape or copy content without our permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DNKMP excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and the products, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DNKMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability in connection with any product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DNKMP and its officers, directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, internet outages, or government action.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available at this page, and the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
